In the corn starch bowl...
Reading on a rainy day...
We have been getting a lot of rain lately and so that means a lot of inside playtime. We got a really fun tip from a friend to try out a little experiment in the kitchen. We mixed a box of corn starch with enough water until... we had this really weird goo that was somewhere between solid and liquid state all of the time. If you haven't done it you should- it will give you hours of fun (yet easy to clean) playtime. It can be done inside or outside. Just grab your favorite bucket or big bowl and have a blast. We also just finally got a new lens for our digital camera and we are just testing it out. Now I need to learn how to use photo shop and work on my composition.

We love cornstarch and water. We add a little food coloring for effect. Great pictures. She is getting so big!
Just a maybe at this point, but you guys may have to put up with us again in June-July! If you get Photoshop by then I’ll share a few tricks I’ve learned. Nic is right, Eila is growing up so fast. I guess we better start planning our trip to Italy very soon.
