Sorry we haven't posted in awhile. Things are always changing and we thought we shouldn't miss showing some of the silly moments of the toddler years. Right now Eila is into everything, but particularly interested in showing off her body parts- nose, ears, eyes, tongue, teeth, and of course her head, shoulders, knees and toes. She is most fascinated by the belly button. Its really cute to watch her point it out and proudly show it off ...that is until she wants to see yours in public or worse, some other person's that you don't know. Luckily not many people understand what she means when she points and demands to see your "bea bun", so we just pretend we don't know what she means and move along.
We are enjoying the slightly warmer weather now, so we have been playing at the parks and going to the zoo. This week we head to Montana for a month to visit the mountains. Hopefully Eila will love the great outdoors, fishing and hiking. We are lucky that two very sweet girls live down the road from my parent's cabin (both adopted from China) and are looking forward to Eila's visit. Eila is going to have a ball with them I'm sure.
As for summer planning, we are hoping for a reunion with our Langson mates! Any of you out there reading- we miss you guys and hope to see you in August! Dylan we are counting on you to teach Eila how to really eat and Lily for you to teach her some new moves.
