We have been very busy here doing lots of kids stuff. We got together with Kaelin and play in the Silver Spring fountain, we made a trip to New York State to visit our good friends Nicole, Erik, Lily, Hope and baby Charlie, and we just had Rasha visit from LA to meet Eila for the first time. Eila had a fantastic time playing with the girls in New York and misses them a lot. Eila was also very fond of Rasha- she absolutely LOVES the baby bumble bee song that Rasha sang to her. We also had a Baltimore cohort gathering, but I'm going to post those pictures a bit later.
We have let some time lapse on the blog and I still don't have quite the right creativity at this moment to post our 1 year celebratory posting, but I thought I'd put something up. We are now we're getting ready for the 1 week of family time in Maine to celebrate Godmama Lauren's wedding! We'll for sure post something when we return from the vacation.
The main reason we wanted to do a posting tonight was to thank Lily, Bobby, and Sandra for the very yummy gift they sent (see Eila's video above)! You guys are so sweet! We are glad Ike has steered clear of Louisiana, just sorry it is hitting near our friends in Texas.
